Spaghetti Romeo are positioned on cane, trimmed and packaged exclusively manually, maintaining the aspect and the qualities of the Genuine Artisan Pasta manually produced. Durum wheat semolina we used to produce this top level pasta comes from careful researches over the years, so that the best quality of the raw material could exalt the artisan processing of our product.

Spaghetti Romeo are bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures for ensuring the right roughness and consistency to the product for mixing perfectly with every kind of sauce and/or seasoning. This particular kind of entire Spaghetto (if not broken, it's 52 cm long) combines very well to every kind of dressings, from sauces to more elaborate dressings, to the simple dressing with EVO Oil and parmesan; it's perfect also to realise choreographic first dishes of great effect, allowing the create the classical “hank” in the centre of the plate.

The cooking time can vary from 5 to 7 minutes; for the genuine artisan pasta, for the fact that there are not standardised processes of production and that the mix of semolina varies according to the durum wheat semolina farmers that give use the raw material, it's advisable to have a direct cooking test by tasting pasta at the beginning of the minutes indicated as the cooking time (from 5 minutes for Spaghetti).
